As of WP 2.1 the get_links_list() function becomes wp_list_bookmarks(). See codex http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_bookmarks
To list links without category names and under a title of your choice do this in function.php file:
wp_list_bookmarks(&#8217;categorize=0&#38;title_li=&#8217;);
If you want the output to be other than alphabetical, then perhaps order_by &#8216;rating.&#8217; Make
it like this:
wp_list_bookmarks(&#8217;categorize=0&#38;title_li=&#38;orderby=rating&#8217;);
